Titan Wealth agrees acquisition of LTS Tax

Titan Wealth has agreed to acquire Channel Islands-based tax advisory firm LTS Tax Limited for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition, which is subject to regulatory approval, aims to strengthen the firm’s international wealth management proposition and improve its ability to provide support for cross-border financial affairs.

LTS provides a range of UK, Jersey and Guernsey tax advisory and compliance services, including personal and corporate taxation, trust taxation, inheritance tax planning, wealth structuring, double tax treaty and residence guidance, accounting, global mobility taxation, and UK real estate structuring.

It primarily serves high net worth individuals (HNWI), trustees, and corporates, often based internationally, with a requirement for UK, Guernsey and Jersey tax advice and compliance services.

The tax advisory firm’s team consists of 14 UK chartered tax advisers and seven accountants across its offices in the Channel Islands.

Titan Wealth said the acquisition would enhance its ability to provide advice for clients with complex international tax, trust, succession, and wealth structuring requirements, as it responds to growing demand for integrated cross-border advice.

“The acquisition of LTS is another important step as we continue to add market-leading capabilities to our wealth management offering,” commented Titan Wealth joint group CEO and head of M&A, Andrew Fearon.

“LTS’s solutions perfectly complement our existing strengths and will further differentiate our offering by combining specialist UK and offshore tax advice with financial planning, investment management and platform capabilities for the benefit of clients. We’re incredibly pleased to welcome the LTS team to Titan Wealth.”

LTS Tax managing director, Paul O’Neill, added: “Joining Titan Wealth marks an exciting new chapter for LTS, creating opportunities for both our clients and our people.

“By combining our specialist tax expertise with Titan Wealth's integrated wealth management platform and growing international presence, clients will benefit from access to a broader range of services while continuing to receive the high-quality, personalised advice they value."

The deal builds on Titan Wealth’s recently announced acquisition of Progeny International, which is also subject to regulatory approval.
