Financial advice AI platform Marloo and the Federation of European IFAs (FEIFA) have announced a partnership, aiming to provide best practice AI support to advisers.
The partnership comes as AI plays an increasingly central role in financial advisers’ business models to improve efficiency, deepen client relationships, and support growth.
Marloo will work alongside FEIFA to support its members in adopting AI through hands-on support and practical CPD-accredited webinars.
The platform said that, regardless of how deeply AI is embedded in advisers’ workflows, it will help ensure its application is effective, safe, and compliant across jurisdictions.
FEIFA is a non-profit trade association and has partnerships with a range of firms, including life companies, asset managers, and pension and trust companies, with member companies advising on assets in excess of €18bn.
“For our membership, the question is no longer whether to use AI, but how to use it to grow: taking on more clients, strengthening existing relationships and building a business that holds its value,” said FEIDA CEO, Paul Stanfield.
“In simple terms, Marloo helps firms grow without growing their administrative burden. It takes on the work around the advice, from meeting notes to advice and suitability documents, in each firm’s own style, so advisers can serve more clients without adding headcount.
“In every market it serves, Marloo is set up to meet local regulatory and compliance requirements, so firms can scale with confidence.
“Whether members are already using AI or just getting started, Marloo will be a valued and trusted partner.”
Marloo CEO and co-founder, Hardy Michel, added: “Wealth is cross border, so advice has to be too.
“Marloo is a truly global advice partner, and we work with fee-paying clients across the world.
“By choosing Marloo as its AI partner, FEIFA is making our support available to its members so that each of them can deliver outstanding service to every client while scaling their business.”
