Quilter Cheviot has launched a new client app and portal to support clients in keeping track of their investments.
Replacing legacy versions, Quilter Cheviot said the app and portal had been designed to improve client experience and make it simpler to access their investment portfolios online.
The app and portal’s usability has been upgraded in an effort to give clients a more modern interface when tracking the value and performance of their investments.
They have been built by the team who made Quilter’s customer app, and the firm said both had undergone extensive testing among clients and will bring increased security features, a personalised newsfeed, and client events.
Quilter Cheviot also announced that it plans to launch a version of these online services to financial advisers later this year, giving them access to details on their clients’ investments in a “more streamlined manner”.
Commenting on the launch, Quilter Cheviot managing director, client services & oversight, Nick Holmes, “Digital solutions are absolutely vital if wealth managers are to serve the clients of today and tomorrow.
“While we had an app and online portal in place already, we are committed to continuously improving upon our digital capabilities and genuinely strengthening the experience we offer clients.
“Having spent time understanding what our clients are looking for and incorporating their needs into our design process, we are really pleased to be able to offer them a more modern, seamless digital service.
“We are excited to roll out both offerings and hear feedback to ensure we are consistently delivering a service that is attractive for current and future clients.”
