Citi has announced the appointment of Anne McCosker as head of lending for wealth.
McCosker will join Citi after nine years at Goldman Sachs, most recently as global head of private bank lending and origination. The private bank said that its lending platform was an essential part of its strategy and McCosker would help advance these efforts. During her time at Goldman Sachs, McCosker initiated a strategic shift in lending to ultra-high net worth individuals, institutions, and families and family offices. She joined in 2015 as head of Asia private international lending and deposits, before becoming global private bank COO, co-head of the U.S. Private Bank and eventually co-head of the global private bank. Earlier in her 20-year career, she held a succession of executive roles at both Barclays Wealth and Investment Management and ANZ Bank in Australia.
Brown Shipley has named Robbie Hewitt as Edinburgh-based wealth planner.
Hewitt has joined Brown Shipley from wealth management and corporate solutions provider JKFS. Prior to this, he was a mortgage adviser at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Hewitt is a qualified financial planner and has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services sector. He will report to Brown Shipley head of private bank – north, Gordon Scott, who commented: “We’re pleased to welcome Robbie to our Edinburgh team. He brings to Brown Shipley significant relevant experience, which he will put to work in collaboration with our client advisers to support the long-term wealth management priorities of our clients.”
Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management has appointed Victoire Dubrujeaud as head high yield portfolio manager.
Dubrujeaud has joined the high yield debt team led by Alexis Foret and will work alongside portfolio manager Alexis Sebah. She will be part of the team managing €2.5bn of high yield pure corporate debt assets in target-date strategies, open ended funds as well as institutional mandates. With 15 years of experience, Dubrujeaud brings “valuable expertise” to her new role. Prior to joining the group, Victoire was a high yield portfolio manager at La Française Asset Management (LFAM), responsible for high yield elements of LFAM’s total return strategies. She also managed high yield assets at Oddo BHF in Paris and for SCOR IP as a leveraged loans analyst.
