Close Brothers Asset Management (CBAM) and SEI have announced a strategic partnership, aimed a powering CBAM’s ‘operational transformation and growth’.

As part of the agreement, CBAM will adopt the SEI Wealth Platform and SEI Data Cloud, which provides access to real-time data and analytics to leverage a fully integrated technology and operational outsourcing solution.

CBAM selected SEI following a ‘comprehensive’, multi-stage selection process involving several providers.

The strategic partnership between CBAM and SEI Investments Europe, SEI’s wholly owned UK subsidiary, will seek to deliver integrated technology and services, including data integration, migration, and orchestration, which will aim to enable CBAM to deliver on its strategic objectives.

Several CBAM employees will also join SEI’s Wealth Platform operations team as part of the agreement, and SEI and CBAM will work closely to ensure a ‘smooth and successful’ transition.
