Financial services technology company Twenty7tec has launched a client engagement platform to give clients a single place to manage their digital relationship with their financial adviser.
The AI-ready platform aims to help firms reduce the chasing, repetition, and manual work that if often associated with the advice process.
Steppl has been launched to support advice firms with creating configurable client journeys that improve the client experience, reduce administration, and adapt to the way their business works.
Twenty7tec said advisers would be able to remain at the centre of the relationship, from onboarding to ongoing engagement, while aiming to give clients a more connected experience.
Advice firms will be able to configure their own fact finds, stages, and tasks around the way they work, and external additional services can be added into the same workflow.
Steppl will connect into Twenty7tec's wider technology ecosystem, including its Advice and Research offerings.
“Clients don't see a mortgage, pension or protection need as a collection of different systems and processes,” commented Twenty7tec CEO, James Tucker.
“They see one relationship with their adviser, and the technology around that relationship should feel just as joined up.
“Steppl gives clients somewhere they can come back to and understand what they have with their adviser, what is happening now and what they need to do next.
“For the firm, it means collecting information more intelligently, reducing repetition and having a much clearer view of the client.
“The aim isn't to digitise the adviser out of the process. It's the opposite. If technology can take care of more of the collecting, chasing and administration, advisers have more time for the conversations where their expertise matters.”
