Twenty7tec integrates ZeroKey into its ADVICE platform

Twenty7tec has announced an integration between its ADVICE platform and ZeroKey, aiming to help reduce manual rekeying for advice firms.

The integration connects the platform with ZeroKey’s browser extension, enabling client data to be transferred between ADVICE and compatible third-party platforms without retyping the same information.

Twenty7tec said that, by removing manual rekeying, firms can reduce administration, improve data accuracy and give advisers more time to focus on delivering advice.

It noted that manual data entry remained a common challenge across the advice industry, and the issue was increasing operational costs while introducing unnecessary risk.

Through its integration with ZeroKey, Twenty7tec is aiming for advice firms using its platform to eliminate manual rekeying, improve data accuracy, save advisers administrative time, create more connected operational workflows, and support a better experience for advisers and clients.

“The ZeroKey integration is another step in Twenty7tec's commitment to helping advice firms create connected, configurable technology ecosystems that reduce friction, improve efficiency and allow advisers to spend more time where it matters most: with their clients,” said Twenty7tec head of sales, Adam Newman.

ZeroKey CEO and founder, Joseph Williams, added: "A lack of integration between the systems advisers want to use is a major industry pain point, and one that is often overlooked because developing point-to-point integrations is unscalable.

“We are therefore delighted to integrate with Twenty7tec's ADVICE CRM and add them as a source of data within ZeroKey. In doing so, we have immediately created connections between ADVICE and third-party systems that did not previously exist.

“Those using ADVICE can now reduce the rekeying involved in everyday tasks – for example, when adding a new client to their chosen investment platform – which in turn helps minimise the potential for keying errors."
