True Potential joins Origo’s Integration Hub

Wealth management firm True Potential has joined Origo’s Integration Hub to bring daily automated valuations from a range of providers into advisers’ existing workflows.

The Integration Hub has over 65 connected organisations, and is used by financial services firms to connect providers, platforms, and adviser technology systems.

True Potential said its connection to the hub reinforced its commitment to invest in technology that helps advisers operate more efficiently and deliver better outcomes for clients.

Its research showed that poor service delivery from platforms affected 91 per cent of advisers every day, with 88 per cent of advisers having to apologise to at least one client on behalf of a platform over the past 12 months.

The connection with the Integration Hub aims to reduce the friction caused by manual data processes by automating what has historically required manual intervention across multiple provider relationships.

By joining the hub, True Potential will be able to deliver automated valuation data into advisers’ existing workflows, aiming to remove the need for multiple individual integrations and reduce administrative burden.

Advisers whose back-office software is linked to the hub will gain access to wider provider coverage and automated daily valuation updates, and reduce their reliance on manual valuation requests within their existing system.

“For today’s advisers, choosing a back-office partner is about making a decision on where they want to be in five years and how to remove some of the obstacles that stand between them and their clients,” said True Potential Adviser Services chief executive officer, Gregg Lang.

“Manual valuation requests are exactly that kind of obstacle – time-consuming, error-prone and entirely avoidable.

“Our partnership with Origo, along with existing processes, will give advisers even more time to focus on what they do best – giving brilliant advice – and is the latest in a series of investments True Potential has made in the tools that allow advisers to run better businesses, serve more clients and grow with confidence.”

Origo chief executive officer, Anthony Rafferty, added: "Advisers should not have to contend with fragmented, manual processes to access something as fundamental as valuation data.

“We are delighted to welcome True Potential to the Origo Integration Hub, marking another important step forward, as our network grows to more than 65 connected organisations across the industry.

“This milestone reflects a shared commitment to improving how data flows between providers, platforms and adviser systems.

“By delivering consistent, automated valuations directly into advisers’ existing workflows, we are reducing friction, cutting administrative burden and helping to set a new standard for efficiency and connectivity across the market, ultimately enabling advisers to spend more time focused on client outcomes.”
