True Potential Group has appointed Stuart Dodson as chief executive officer of True Potential Wealth Management.
Dodson brings over 25 years of experience in financial services to True Potential Wealth Management. Most recently, he served as group managing director at Openwork, overseeing distribution across wealth, mortgage and protection channels. Prior to that, Dodson was managing director at Newcastle Financial Advisers, and held senior leadership positions at Legal & General and Financial Services Authority. As CEO of True Potential Wealth Management, Dodson will be responsible for the development and delivery of its wealth management strategy. He will take up the position on 5 January 2026.
Robeco has named Steven de Vries as head of Europe wholesale.
In the role, de Vries will be responsible for leading and expanding Robeco’s wholesale distribution strategy across key European markets, including the UK, Switzerland, and the Nordics. He will focus on strengthening Robeco’s presence among financial intermediaries, private banks, family offices, and platform providers, while driving innovation in product distribution and marketing. De Vries brings over 25 years of international experience in asset management, having held senior roles at ING Group, AXA Investment Managers, Henderson Global Investors, Janus Henderson, and LGIM.
The Openwork Partnership has appointed Mehdi Kadhim as chief executive officer of its investment business Omnis Investments.
Kadhim joins the firm from Royal London, where he was group chief transformation officer. Prior to this, he was CEO of Santander Asset Management UK. He takes over from Robert Jeffree, who decided to step down as chief executive officer of Omnis Investments to focus on delivering a new range of investment propositions planned for 2026.
