People moves: TrinityBridge, Bentley Reid, and Van Lanschot Kempen IM

TrinityBridge has announced the appointment of Andrew Knight as client relationship director for Scotland.

In this newly created role, Knight will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high net worth clients. He will aim to play a critical part in driving the firm's growth by identifying and securing new client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing the firm's market presence. Knight has been a financial planning director for several years and in his previous role he led the firm’s Edinburgh office.

Bentley Reid has made two new appointments to its London office.

Ava Glenn has joined the firm as a wealth management executive, while Henry Taylor has been appointed as an investment operations analyst. Glenn’s responsibilities include supporting the senior wealth managers with research, investment recommendations, reporting and client communication. Taylor started his career at James Hambro & Partners as an operations assistant supporting the dealing desks. He is part of the team providing middle office functions.

Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management (IM) has named Nick Flanagan as head of consultant relations.

In his role, Flanagan will be responsible for managing the relationships Van Lanschot Kempen holds with a number of its consultants that provide research, oversight and a selection of fiduciary management and OCIO services to the firm’s UK institutional investors. He brings more than a decade of experience, having previously worked for Northern Trust Asset Management, where he was head of ETF sales, Insight Investment and Legal & General Investment Management.
