Mattioli Woods has announced a leadership transition, with co-founder, Ian Mattioli, to become founding president and Peter Mann appointed as chief executive officer.

Mattioli has led the business he co-founded for more than three decades, and will now focus on client relationships, strategic partnerships, and the continued development of the Mattioli Woods brand in his new role. Mann is currently non-executive chair of Mattioli Woods and his appointment as chief executive officer is subject to regulatory approval. His previous experience includes senior roles at Old Mutual Wealth and Skandia UK. The transition will take place this month (November 2025) following completion of regulatory filings.

Quilter has made two appointments to its executive committee, with Jo Harris joining as chief customer officer and Margaret Ammon as group chief risk officer.

Harris will join the firm in January 2026 in the newly created role of chief customer officer, subject to regulatory approval. She brings experience from senior roles across wealth management, retail, and private banking, most recently as CEO for the Mass Affluent business at Lloyds Banking Group. Ammon will join Quilter in the first quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approval. She brings over 25 years of experience in risk management to the role, having held senior roles at Old Mutual Asset Managers, Schroders, M&G and most recently as global CRO at Legal & General Asset Management.

Keyridge Asset Management has appointed Rob Williams as chief commercial officer (CCO).

Williams brings more than 30 years of experience in the investment industry to the role, and will be responsible for driving the firm’s commercial strategy, deepening client relationships, and supporting Keyridge’s growth plans. The newly established investment arm of Great-West Lifeco appointed Williams from Royal London Asset Management, where he held the role of chief distribution officer. Prior to this, he served as chief sales and marketing officer at Skandia Investment Group, having begun his career at JP Morgan Asset Management where he held several roles including head of European marketing.
