Financial services group GSB has hired Paul Waterman and Craig Holding to join its GSB Wealth division.
Waterman will become a partner at GSB Wealth, joining from Skybound Wealth Management where he was a chartered wealth manager. He also held roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland across its commercial, retail, and wealth management divisions. Waterman specialises in serving high net worth (HNW) individuals, familiy offices and trust companies strategic wealth advisory, estate planning, and advanced tax structuring solutions. Holding also joined as a partner of GSB Wealth, from Abacus Financial Consultants where he was also a partner.
Evelyn Partners has added Fenton Burgin to its debt and capital advisory business, in the role of partner.
Burgin’s remit includes leading the continued growth of the firm’s debt and capital advisory practice. He joined from Deloitte, where he was a partner responsible for the expansion of a debt and capital advisory team. Burgin has more than 30 years of experience, having originated and led board-level client relationships, advised on more than £20bn of debt facilities across the UK, Europe and the US, and served a broad range of public and private mid-market companies, institutions and investors.
Ocorian has named Michael Gull as its head of US funds sales.
The firm said that Gull brought deep experience and expertise in fund administration to the role, having had a near 30-year career in senior roles with major firms. He most recently worked for Carta where he was director, sales management and business development, and was previously managing director, sales management and business development at SS&C Technologies.
