People moves: FE Fundinfo, Fidelity, and Evelyn Partners

Financial data company FE Fundinfo has appointed Ahsan Raza as its chief financial officer (CFO) and chief operating officer (COO).

Raza joins the firm from Calastone, where he served as CFO and deputy chief executive officer, scaling the business and supporting its exit to SS&C. Prior to that, he spent more than 11 years in investment banking at Barclays, where he led fintech M&A and coverage across EMEA. He started his career qualifying as a chartered accountant at EY, followed by a five-year stint at Rothschild, covering financial institutions. At FE Fundinfo, Raza will have responsibility for finance, corporate strategy and development, business operations, and FE Investments.

Fidelity International has named Samantha Ricciardi as its head of EMEA, effective from March.

Ricciardi is currently CEO at Santander Asset Management, where she led the transformation of the business and spearheaded a range of strategic initiatives. At Fidelity, she will be responsible for leading the growth and strategic development of the firm’s EMEA business. Prior to working at Santander Asset Management, Ricciardi held senior rules at BlackRock, including managing director for EMEA and country head for BlackRock Mexico.

Evelyn Partners has appointed Victoria Gammon as partner in financial planning.

Gammon brings more than 20 years of financial planning experience to the role, specialising in Court of Protection and providing bespoke financial advice to clients receiving personal injury and clinical negligence settlements. She joins from IM Asset Management, where she was associate director. At Evelyn Partners, Gammon will be based in Nottingham and serve clients across the Midlands and surrounding areas.
