People moves: Bravura, Oxford Risk, and Shackleton

Bravura Solutions has appointed Nick Fraser to the newly created role of chief product officer – wealth management.

The technology provider said Fraser would lead product strategy, design and development, with responsibility for driving new solutions to meet the evolving requirements facing the wealth management industry. Fraser has 25 years of experience, with a particular focus on the wealth management platform sector. He was most recently head of technology and engineering at SS&C Hubwise.

Oxford Risk has named Francesco Cocozza as product innovation manager for AI & behavioural finance.

The behavioural finance fintech said the appointment accelerated its strategy to deliver AI-powered personalisation at scale, grounded in behavioural understanding. Cocozza has spent much of the last decade working on fintech products, building data and AI capabilities that make behavioural science usable at scale. In recent years, he has led AI strategy and implementation programmes across the financial services and healthcare industries. At Oxford Risk, Cocozza will develop AI-powered tools that turn the company’s behavioural intelligence into practical support for advisers and their clients.

Shackleton Advisers has appointed three non-executive directors to its board.

The appointments of Martin Andrew, Rosie Harris and Keith Jones follow the completion of the acquisition of a majority stake in Shackleton by Lee Equity Partners in November. Andrew is a former chief executive at Close Brothers Asset Management and has experience across investment management, financial planning and platforms. Harris has held senior risk and operations positions with Prudential PLC, Old Mutual Group, and Lloyds Banking Group. She was also previously chief risk officer at Aviva UK Life. Jones is chair of Pemberton Asset Management, which he joined and helped to found in 2013. He was also formerly CEO of Aviva Global Investors and a member of the executive management board of Aviva.
