Evelyn Partners Fund Solutions Ltd (EPFL) has been appointed to act as authorised corporate director (ACD) and fund administrator for Dowgate’s Cape Wrath Focus Fund.

EPFL, formerly Smith & Williamson Fund Administration, has experience in providing fund governance and administration services, and has expanded its ACD service provision for UK domiciled funds.

The firm currently supports over 150 funds with funds under governance of around £10bn.

Management of the Cape Wrath Focus Fund was recently moved to Dowgate Wealth, and its appointment of EPFL as ACD and fund administrator for Adam Rackley’s fund extends their existing relationship.

EPFL already provides ACD and fund administration services for four funds within Dowgate Wealth’s existing range.
