EGR Wealth enters administration

Wealth management firm EGR Wealth has entered administration, with joint administrators appointed to oversee the process, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced.

The discretionary fund manager, which provided model portfolio investment services to financial advisers, entered administration on 24 August 2026.

Robert Goodhew and Geoff Bouchier of Kroll Advisory have been appointed as joint administrators, and will take up responsibility for managing the firm’s affairs during the administration process.

EGR Wealth is authorised by the FCA and provided discretionary investment management services, managed client investment portfolios, and facilitated the transfer and administration of client investments.

In July 2026, the firm agreed to a set of voluntary requirements with the FCA, which restricted the activities it could carry out.

It was restricted from undertaking new regulated business activities without the FCA’s prior consent, including restrictions on accepting new clients, entering into new client relationships, and undertaking certain new regulated activities for existing clients.

EGR Wealth customers who have questions about the firm’s administration were urged to contact the joint administrators.
