Cyber A.I. Group and A1 Advisory have announced they have entered into a definitive agreement to provide strategic advisory services to support Cyber A.I. Group's future growth initiatives.

The collaboration has been described as a “pivotal step” in expanding Capital A.I. Group’s global reach into new markets and sectors.

Using A1 Advisory’s capabilities in identifying, introducing, and securing through their investor relations network investment capital, the partnership will focus on identifying key global relationships to support Cyber A.I. Group’s long-term vision.

A1 Advisory, a London-based advisory firm specialising in advisory and investor relations services for technology-driven companies, while Cyber A.I. Group is an emerging growth cybersecurity, AI and IT services company engaged in the acquisition of global cybersecurity service providers.

A1 Advisory has already commenced outreach, with both firms working closely to identify prospective institutional and retail relationships.
