Citi Wealth’s Data, Analytics & Innovation team has launched two new AI-powered client communication tools, Advisor Insights and AskWealth.

The tools are designed to improve the way in which Citi Wealth communicates with its clients.

AskWealth is a genAI-powered assistant available around the globe that gives advisers, managers, and service teams access to answers from across the Citi Wealth ecosystem.

It aims to help with the resolution of client inquiries quickly and efficiently, with advisers being able to access market insights and research to answer queries related to their clients and portfolios.

Advisor Insights, which is current in pilot with advisers in the Citigold and Citi Private Client North America business, provides bankers and advisers with access to a tailored dashboard featuring information about market turns, portfolios, and current events.

Citi Wealth said the application would give more clients faster and deeper connections around content and alerts, including insights from Citi Wealth’s chief investment office.
