Cazenove Capital, the high-net-worth wealth management arm of Schroders in the UK, has partnered with independent charity Entrepreneurial Scotland.
The charity seeks to help individuals in Scotland in building the mindset and connections needed to support them in becoming the next business leaders.
Cazenove Capital said that the partnership reinforced its commitment to growth and innovation in Scotland’s business sector, and that it recognised the crucial role that entrepreneurs play in fostering economic prosperity.
As part of the partnership, Cazenove Capital will seek to support business leaders through Entrepreneurial Scotland’s peer support programme, The Exchange.
This programme connects its members through peer groups and events, and offers access to a network of business figures in Scotland.
Members will be able to access free advice and one-to-one support and connections through the partnership.
"We are delighted to partner with Entrepreneurial Scotland to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs scaling businesses in Scotland,” commented Cazenove Capital regional head of Scotland.
“Our broad network includes many successful entrepreneurs who are keen to share their knowledge and experience. By facilitating connections among entrepreneurs, we aim to foster relationships that stimulate support and encourage shared success."
Entrepreneurial Scotland CEO, Sean McGrath, added: "Scotland’s prosperity is dependent on developing entrepreneurial leaders who can help deliver growth and quality jobs in Scotland.
“We are delighted that Cazenove Capital has chosen to partner with us. Together we will continue to further support entrepreneurs and their business growth.”
