Avenir has launched a purpose-built artificial intelligence (AI) chat assistant designed for wealth management firms.

The fintech company said the assistant would deliver institutional-grade capabilities, but customised for advisers, paraplanners, and administrative teams.

Its AI assistant integrates with key industry systems, CRMs, and back-office platforms, seeking to create a unified data ecosystem that provides AI access to firm-specific data and industry insights.

Advisers will be able to ask questions, including more complex queries, to receive accurate information and prepare meetings.

Utilising AI agents, users can extract key data, generate documents, create meeting summaries, and check whether reports are compliant.
