7IM partners with digital transformation specialist Delaware UK

7IM has announced a new partnership with digital transformation specialist Delaware UK, as it continues to invest in its platform and technology.

The investment manager said the partnership was central to its business priorities and commitment to improving the service experience for advisers and clients.

It will aim to support 7IM to deliver better services, such as more tailored relationship management and customer support, and streamlined digital workflows through smoother client onboarding and more efficient transfers.

The partnership also looked to provide 7IM with greater reliability and resilience through strengthened deployment processes and continuous improvements to core systems.

Delaware UK will aim to bring expertise across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure to the partnership.

Its consultants are integrated within 7IM’s team, seeking to enable faster delivery, greater scalability, and innovation to help advisers save time and remove friction.

7IM said it selected Delaware UK for its capabilities in driving impactful and future-focused transformation.

The investment manager added that the partnership reinforced its commitment to providing advisers with technology that helps them run more efficient businesses and provide stronger outcomes for clients.
