Thematic investment manager Sarasin & Partners has announced plans to relocate its London office after more than 20 years at Juxon House.
The firm will move to 50 George Street in Marylebone, in a move it said would accommodate the growth of the business, allowing staff to continue offering strong client experience and creating a working environment that meets the firm’s ‘evolving needs’.
Sarasin & Partners will be the sole occupier of the building, which comprises 33,000 square feet of newly refurbished Grade A office space and 6,900 square feet of outdoor space.
The announcement follows several developments at Sarasin & Partners, including the promotion of Tom Vernon to head of private clients and the launch of Sarasin Managed Funds, a range of risk-rated multi-asset solutions.
Commenting on the office relocation, Sarasin & Partners managing partner, Guy Matthews, said: “After more than two decades at Juxon House, our business has outgrown our current office.
“This move marks an important milestone, allowing us to invest in our growth with a newly refurbished space designed to meet the evolving needs of our clients and colleagues.”
