Quilter partners with ZeroKey to reduce advisers’ administrative burden

Quilter has partnered with ZeroKey, aiming to help financial advisers reduce their administrative burden, improve data accuracy, and spend more time with clients.

The integration allows advisers to transfer client data directly from a source system into Quilter’s platform through ZeroKey’s browser extension.

Manual rekeying the same information in multiple systems will be removed, enabling firms to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and minimise the risk of manual errors.

The service has been designed to support firms using a range of back-office systems and adviser technology solutions to create a more efficient user experience.

Quilter proposition director, Sam Christopher, noted that advisers were continuing to face growing demands on their time, which was making efficiency more important than ever.

“While re-entering client information may seem a small task, it can quickly become a significant administrative burden across a business and introduces the risk of avoidable errors,” Christopher continued.

“Our partnership with ZeroKey helps address this by providing firms with a free to use, straightforward way to move information into Quilter’s platform through a range of widely used back-office systems.

“By reducing unnecessary administration, advisers can focus more of their time on delivering value to clients.

“This is another step in our wider data and integration strategy, and we are committed to developing and introducing solutions that respond to the evolving needs of advisers and their businesses.”

ZeroKey co-founder and CEO, Joseph Williams, added: "We are delighted to partner with Quilter and provide them with a scalable solution which immediately connects their investment platform to a wide variety of third-party systems.

“Rekeying data into investment platforms remains a major pain point for financial advice firms, and this represents another step towards removing the friction from advisers’ day-to-day experience."
