Amundi has announced the appointment of Eric Bramoullé as chief executive officer of Amundi in the UK.
Bramoullé has been with the Amundi group for more than 25 years. Most recently, he was head of marketing and products after holding the positions of CEO of Amundi South Asia from 2018 to 2021, CEO at Amundi Austria from 2015 to 2018, and CEO at Amundi Poland from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, he was head of Retail Networks Equity Management from 2010 to 2013, and deputy head of equity fund management from 2007 to 2010 at Societe Generale Asset Management. Bramoullé started his career at Societe Generale Asset Management in 1999 as equity portfolio manager.
Quintet Private Bank subsidiary Brown Shipley has named Lindy Kroese as a wealth planner in its Leeds team.
Kroese has more than a decade of financial planning experience in the UK and South Africa, and joins Brown Shipley from Balance Wealth Planning, where she implemented strategies aimed at growing and protecting the wealth of clients. Specifically, she supported on estate and succession planning, as well as pension and retirement planning. Kroese started her financial planning career at Old Mutual in South Africa, before joining Quilter Private Client Advisers. In her new role, Kroese will report to Brown Shipley head of private bank north, Gordon Scott.
Global fintech solution provider Broadridge Financial Solutions has appointed Ashima Ghei as chief financial officer (CFO).
Ghei has led Broadridge’s global finance team as interim CFO since 1 July 2024. She joined Broadridge in January 2022 as CFO of the firm’s Investor Communications business, where she was a ‘key partner’ to the leadership team, spearheading investment optimisation, product profitability initiatives, pricing, contract negotiation, and planning and analytics. Prior to Broadridge, Ghei had an 18-year career with American Express, where she most recently served as its head of merchant pricing for the Americas.
