Fidelius partners with law firm to launch LS Wealth

Bath-based advice firm Fidelius and London-based law firm Lawrence Stephens have launched a new joint venture, LS Wealth.

LS Wealth is a trading style of Fidelius and will combine Lawrence Stephens’ legal expertise with Fidelius’s financial planning business to create a ‘fully integrated experience’ for its clients.

The joint venture will see collaboration between the two businesses to expand the proposition for both firms while increasing opportunities to generate leads and referrals.

“There is a close cultural fit between our two businesses, rooted in exceptional client service. Our brands also feel aligned in terms of our commercial approach, so we look forward to seeing what we can achieve as we join forces in this way.”

Headquartered in Bath, Fidelius has several England-based offices and offers a range of advisory services, including wealth management, corporate wealth, and financial relocation support.

The firm has recently undergone a period of growth after receiving backing from Swedish wealth manager Söderberg & Partners, which took a stake in Fidelius in 2024.

Meanwhile, Lawrence Stephens is a full-service law firm with an entrepreneurial outlook, with clients including privately owned, founder-led and private equity-backed businesses, challenger banks and financial institutions, as well as the individuals who own and manage them.
